Our Mission

What is a Roofing Project Manager ?

A roofing project manager must oversee and manage the completion of your roofing project. He is responsible for having the right people in the correct place at a specific time with the needed material. He is accountable to ensure your expectations are met. He serves as your primary contact for all aspects of your roofing project.

Why do you need a Roofing Project Manager ?

When it's time to consider replacing your roof, most companies you contact will either be a small operation where the owner will come out and assess your Jobsite, this may seem like an ideal situation, but this is usually a sign of someone who wears too many hats; usually, the owner is fully accountable but filling in for many rolls could result in something being missed. This one mistake could result in headaches for your particular project. If you contact a large company with a big advertising budget, you'll likely meet with a sales representative; his job is to represent his company by presenting his company's solution for your needs, he most likely won't have the ability to deviate from his company's tailored solution and might lack the flexibility to cater to your expectations. When you sign with him, You will most likely not see or hear from him again, as someone else within the company will take over from that point on. Meeting with a roofing project manager cuts out the layer of dealing with a commissioned sales rep while not having to roll the dice meeting with what could be an overworked and overwhelmed company owner.

My mission statement as a roofing project manager

My continual objective as your roofing project manager is to ensure anyone kind enough to invite me to their home receives all the information they need to make the decisions that best fulfill their needs. I understand this can be a stressful process, and I want to ensure you can eliminate uncertainties; your expectations will be met whether you choose me to lead your project or someone else. In contrast, I meet the expectations of my employer. A project executed safely with every aspect of it being efficient will eliminate headaches this critical construction project could cause you. In doing so, my employer will not waste resources or their capital. Eliminating waste allows us to serve our community while keeping our prices low during this time of rising costs on raw materials.

My Qualifications

I spent over a decade with a Fortune 100 company where I managed multi-million dollar accounts. I acquired crucial skill sets with this company that led to my success and longevity in my role. I saw an opportunity that the skills I acquired of being accountable, ethical, and providing value were skills of high demand in the construction field, the years following my departure from corporate America I've spent learning to integrate this skillset while still maintaining the heart and soul of a local family-owned business.
